I was craving felafels and delicious middle eastern food and found this place on the G map, the pictures and the reviews speak for themselves absolutely delicious food at very reasonable prices considering the location and the Gourmet quality of the food, I am totally hooked on this place! It's got a great atmosphere, in an alley with bunch of other really good bars and restaurants around it, it's totally NYC style. if you love middle eastern food then Definitely go here, you won't be disappointed. The owner is super nice guy, speaks fluent English and if he's got time hell come and stit have a drink with you. That's how you know the man truly cares about his customers and the food he serves.
This place is a GEM! We are visiting from out of town and we’re amazed at the quality and flavors of the food. Everything tastes great. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting CDMX! We definitely plan on coming when we are back in town.
Visiting from Philly, the home of the Cook Solo enterprise of the top Israeli / Med foods in the land and this place absolutely goes head to head with the best of them. I'm envious of folks who are local who can enjoy on the regular. Best tasting, fresh flavors, chill vibe, intimate and connecting, truly one of my fave meals I've had in the city. My husband and I arrived at Christmas for a week of vacation. He just returned from a trip home to Istanbul. We came for lunch on the 26th and we are totally amazed at the depth of flavor and the respect given to the ingredients. One of the most memorable experiences and completely unexpected.
I ordered the mezze, hummus, falafels, and shawarma and was impressed at the speed of service and how delicious everything was. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is really kind and passionate about food. Most memorable is the baklava- flaky, crispy, and just the right amount of sweet
This is the best middle east restaurant in Mexico City by far. They have a really good approach to the original flavors and textures. We taste the mezze that is made of hummus, labneh and babaganous, which is awesome. As well we tried the Mediterranean plate, that has chicken shawarma, kofta, falafels and fatoush, I was in the heaven once I have the first bite. It's a must right now in my personal list
Amazing little restaurant hidden behind the hustle and bustle of Reforma. I saw this restaurant featured on Instagram and I just had to try it. I had a chicken shawarma and it was so delicious! It has just a bit too much onion for my liking but the flavor was there! The service was a bit slow but the staff were friendly.
